Responsibilities:

  • Provide the Company with financial analysis for the purpose of preparing a business plan and or financial model applicable and viable for utility-scale solar projects, solar rooftops for commercial and industrial environment and other solar projects as needed, and/or as requested by Partners and Clients.
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and other financial studies to arrive at viable Business models for build-own-operate, build-own-transfer, and other commercial arrangements acceptable to DU’s, factories, malls and other commercial establishments.
  • Gather data and develop a tariff structure of commercial offices, industrial settings, communities and distribution utilities with the intention of offering power supply agreements, offers, avoid grid/diesel costs, shorter payback period, and investment viability, among others.
  • Update solar components cost, review installation services, and applicable fees to arrive at the most competitive pricing for tariff, system cost, and others.
  • Undertake due diligence on the submitted proposals by landowners, DUs, technology providers, and investors, among others, to ensure commercial viability of proposed land offers, supply contracts and other partnership arrangements.

  • Conduct the preliminary assessment of FIT and bilateral contracting arrangements by undertaking site visits and by preliminary financial feasibility study.
  • In coordination with the Commercial Manager, structure the Term Sheets, prepare Info Memo and package Investors Kits for submission to DUs, electric cooperatives, investors, technology providers, and potential strategic co-development partners.
  • From time to time, perform other functions assigned by the Company which are related to the business analyst work of the Employee.

Educational requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy course; preferably CPA

Experience requirements:

  • With at least three (3) years experience as Business and financial Analysis with background in Financial Modelling, Forecasting and projections, project Valuation

Qualifications:

  • With skills in Data Mining and Project Financial Feasibility Study
